SoundCloud - Third Party Media Channels - Premiere Monetisation

SoundCloud allows eligible tracks uploaded to selected third-party media channels to be manually claimed and monetised by LabelWorx.

If you have arranged a premiere with one of the approved channels listed below, you can request monetisation of the upload through LabelWorx, provided you own the relevant rights to the track.

NOTE: Monetisation is not applied automatically. You must submit a request to LabelWorx for each eligible premiere you would like us to monetise.

Approved Third-Party Media Channels

Premiere monetisation is currently only available for uploads hosted on the following approved SoundCloud channels:

SoundCloud may add further third-party media channels to the approved list as the programme expands.

Request Monetisation on a Third-Party Upload

Before submitting a request, please make sure your premiere meets all of the requirements below:

  • Your label must be connected to the LabelWorx SoundCloud Network. If your label is not already connected, LabelWorx will request that it is added when we receive your monetisation request.
  • The premiere must be uploaded to one of the approved third-party media channels listed above.
  • You must own the relevant rights to the track you are requesting monetisation for. False monetisation claims will result in your removal from the programme.

In addition to the above requirements, you will need to have the necessary track information available:

  • Media Channel Track URL
  • Track ISRC Code
  • Track Artist
  • Track Title
  • Territories Owned
  • Label Name

Once you have confirmed that your premiere meets the requirements above, complete the Third Party Media Partner Monetisation form.
