Your label profile contains key information about your label, including contact information, main artists, genres and your label biography. For distribution customers, this information may also be shared with DSPs to help them review your label and determine whether they want to distribute your music.

1. In the top menu, go to: Labels ➜ Record Labels ➜ click your label name
2. Complete the 'General Information' section with your basic contact information.
3. Complete the 'Social Networking' section with the relevant links for your label. Be sure to include your label's SoundCloud profile so that our team can set up automated deliveries for you.
4. If you are a distribution customer and we should distribute this label, ensure LabelWorx should distribute this label is ticked.
5. Complete the 'Label History' fields with any appropriate information.
6. Specify your 'Main Artists' and the two 'Label Genres' that apply most to your label.
7. Upload a high-quality label logo. For guidelines and more information, please check out this article.
8. Upload a promo logo if you intend on using PromoWorx. This will appear on your promo download pages.
9. Complete the 'Label Profile / Biography' section with a written description of your label.
10. Click the Save icon at the top of the page to update your label profile.

Please note that it is important to keep this information accurate and up-to-date, as it may be used by LabelWorx and/or the DSPs we work with.
