Shortly after your account is created, you will receive your contract via an email from DocuSign. In order to continue setting up your account, follow the link in the email and digitally sign your contract through their platform – please do this as soon as possible to prevent any delays in setting up your account.
If you have not received the contract within 24 hours, or if the information specified within it is incorrect, then please contact our support team via our Request Form and a replacement will be sent to you.
