How do I add or change my record label logo?

Follow the steps below to add your record label logo, or request an update if your logo has changed.

Adding a Record Label Logo

To upload your record label logo in the LabelWorx system for the first time, follow the steps below:

  1. In the top menu, go to Labels ➜ Record Labels ➜ select the relevant label.
  2. Under 'Label Logo', click Choose File and select your label logo image (the image must be a sharp, high-quality JPG measuring 1400 × 1400 px, read more here).
  3. Click the Save icon at the top of the page to upload your logo.

Updating an Existing Record Label Logo

Updating your label logo in the LabelWorx system will not automatically update it on Dance Download DSPs. To request an update, please contact our support team and provide the following information:

  • The name of your label
  • A sharp, high-quality JPG of your label logo measuring 1400 × 1400 px
  • The URL of your label on Beatport
  • The URL of your label on Traxsource
