How do I add contributors to a track?

Contributors are individuals whose name is not credited or linked as a track artist, but had a supporting role (e.g. played a specific instrument, provided backing vocals, engineering, etc.) – this information will only be visible on the platforms that support it. After you have created a track, follow these steps:

  1. Display Artist: Click on the Track Artist field to begin adding contributors at the track-level.

  2. Add a Contributor: From the Contributors tab, type in the name you want to list and select their contributing role from the dropdown menu, then click the 'Add' button to add this name.

  3. Save your Contributors: Once you are happy with your contributor list, click the 'Close' button.
