If you have moved your label over to LabelWorx from another distributor (and you already had a Spotify for Artists label account set up while you were with your previous distributor), our deliveries will need to be linked up in order for your new releases to begin showing in your Spotify for Artists label account.
You will first need to get the Username and Email Address that is linked to your existing Spotify for Artists label account (found by clicking the user icon in the top-right corner of Spotify for Artists).
You will then need to contact Spotify for Artists support via their live chat, click the 'Start messaging' button, and follow the steps: Discography ➜ Label Roster ➜ Speak to an agent
You can then send the following message to the Spotify for Artists support agent, being sure to fill in the necessary information in BOLD that is relevant to your label and your Spotify for Artists label account:
I have recently switched music distributors and my label is now distributed by Label Worx Limited. The following labels need to be added to my following label access group. This is so that I can access deliveries made from Label Worx Limited in my Spotify for Artists label account. Username: INSERT_YOUR_SPOTIFY_FOR_ARTISTS_USERNAME_HERE Email Address: INSERT_YOUR_SPOTIFY_FOR_ARTISTS_EMAIL_ADDRESS_HERE Label Name: INSERT_YOUR_EXACT_LABEL_NAME_HERE Example Track URI: INSERT_A_TRACK_URI_DELIVERED_BY_LABELWORX_HERE These requests normally need to be escalated to another team, so please could you pass this through to the escalations team if necessary.
In most cases, the Spotify for Artists support agent will need to escalate this request, and will ask you for your email address so that their escalations team can reach you if they need any additional information.
