If you are directed to the 'Payment Overdue' screen (pictured below) when you click any 'RoyaltyWorx' option, then your monthly payment has not been received.
When you signed up for RoyaltyWorx, you agreed to make a monthly payment. This is the payment that we are currently missing.
To rectify this issue, please update or add your card details to the system by going to: Settings ➜ Billing ➜ Payment Card
NOTE: in the event that you have sent payment already, or you feel this is a mistake, then please contact our support team.
