You can send out a Licensor Info Request email through the LMS so the licensors can provide you with up to date details. Use the following instructions to send this email:

• Select Royalty from the Top Menu
• Then select Licensor Info Request
• Then select Send Info Request Email

• Select Send To All or select your specific Licensor
• Amend Email Text if required (keep ##LINK## to ensure the link to the form is included)
• Click the Send button in the Icon Menu

The licensor will then receive the email with a link to a screen where they can update their details. Once complete, this will update their Licensor Details in the LabelWorx system.
