Unlike publishing, the Neighbouring Rights royalty splits are not open for negotiation. The standard split for Neighbouring Rights is usually 50/50.

50% is given to the owner of the recording (usually the label) and the remaining 50% is distributed to those who have performed on the recording (artist/producers).
