Why is my label missing from Traxsource?
If your label was previously available on Traxsource and is no longer listed, this is likely due to a content management decision made by Traxsource.
From time to time, Traxsource reviews the content available on its platform and may remove labels and releases that are no longer considered active or commercially relevant. In some cases, they may also request that future releases from affected labels are not delivered to the platform.
As this is a Traxsource policy decision, LabelWorx is unable to re-deliver or reinstate labels and releases that have been removed by Traxsource.
Why are my releases missing from Traxsource?
Traxsource has a policy of removing releases from their back catalogue that have been online for more than 1 year and haven't sold. The reason for this is to free up storage space and reduce the costs involved in storing significant amounts of zero-selling content.
This is the decision of Traxsource and LabelWorx cannot redeliver removed releases.
