How do I create an Intro on Amazon Music?

New track dropping soon? It's time to raise some noise right now! Create an Intro, a quick promotional liner that fans can find on your profile and via Alexa, and use it to announce your new music in your own voice.

Any artist can create an Intro, but you must be an Owner or Admin of the artist's team to publish one.

Creating an Intro on Amazon Music for Artists

  1. Head to Amazon Music for Artists, log in and go to Profile & Tools.
  2. Find the New Release you wish to promote.
  3. Select Add Intro.
  4. Record or Upload a 15-second audio clip.
  5. Personalise it with an image and/or caption.
  6. Review and Publish.

Don't forget to pitch your new music for programming consideration.
