Amazon Music for Artists gives artists and their teams access to streaming performance data and audience insights across Amazon Music. The platform is available on iOS and Android and provides tools to help artists understand their listeners and monitor the performance of their music.

How does Amazon Music for Artists work?

Artists can claim and verify their profiles, upload artist images, and view worldwide streaming and performance data, including activity across curated playlists and stations.

Amazon Music for Artists also provides insights into how listeners discover and request music through Alexa, giving artists additional visibility into voice-driven engagement.

Main features include:

  • Daily Voice Index: Provides insights into how listeners request music through Alexa, including requests by artist, album, song, and lyrics.
  • Fan Insights: Provides a breakdown of an artist's most engaged fans, helping artists better understand their audience.
  • Date Filters: Allows performance data to be viewed across selected date ranges.

How do I get access to Amazon Music for Artists?

Individual artists can claim access to Amazon Music for Artists directly through Amazon, subject to their verification process.

For LabelWorx distribution clients, we can also facilitate the setup of a 'Team Admin' account. This allows labels and their teams to manage multiple artists within their company from one account.

To request a Team Admin account, complete the Amazon Music for Artists Team Admin Request Form with the relevant details. We will then liaise with Amazon on your behalf.
