How do I verify my Boomplay artist page?

Boomplay is one of Africa's leading music streaming and download platforms, with over 50 million Android and iOS users accessing millions of songs, videos and entertainment news.

Boomplay invites all eligible, unverified LabelWorx artists to apply for artist verification. To request verification, simply complete the Boomplay Artist Verification Form.

IMPORTANT: You must first register using your phone number or email address. Your Boom ID will then appear on your profile page. Do not enter the Boom ID shown on your artist page.

What Are the Benefits of Getting Verified?

Once verified, artists and their account managers can access additional features through Boomplay for Artists, including:

  • Track Performance and Audience Insights: View track performance and audience statistics to better understand how your music is performing on Boomplay.

  • Artist Profile Management: Manage your artist profile, including updating your profile image and biography.

  • Fan Engagement: Connect and engage with your fanbase directly through the platform.
