If you plan to export email addresses and contact people who have submitted demos, you will need to add a 'Consent To Be Contacted' statement to your DemoBox to help comply with GDPR requirements.

NOTE: For this option to appear on your DemoBox, you must also provide a link to your own Privacy Policy link. As a Data Controller, you are responsible for ensuring you are compliant with GDPR regulations.

By default, some standard 'Consent To Be Contacted' text is provided, however, this can be edited to your own preferences. To update this text, please follow these steps:

1. Go to: Demos ➜ DemoBox Manager
2. Select the relevant DemoBox.
3. Scroll down to the 'Consent to be Contacted Text' section.
4. Edit the text as needed.
5. Click 'Apply' or 'Save' in the top right.
