How do I edit my Consent To Be Contacted text In DemoBox?

'Consent To Be Contacted' text should be added to your DemoBox if you are looking to export email addresses and contact people who submit demos. By default, some standard text is entered, however, this can be edited to your own preferences. This is required to abide by GDPR regulations. 

To update this text, please follow these steps:

1. Go to: Demos ➜ DemoBox Manager
2. Select the relevant DemoBox
3. Scroll down to 'Consent to be Contacted Text'
4. Edit the text as needed
5. Click 'Apply' or 'Save' in the top right.

Note: The 'Consent To Be Contacted' tick box is optional and is not able to be forced for people submitting demos. For this option to appear on your DemoBox, you also need to provide a link to your privacy policy. As a Data Controller, you are responsible for ensuring you are compliant with GDPR regulations.
