We have an import tool that will import names and email addresses from a 2 column XLS, CSV, or TXT file. To import DJs / Promo Recipients into our system, complete the following steps:

In the top menu, go to: Promotion ➜ DJs ➜ click the 'Import' button in the icon menu

Select the Promo List that you wish to import these Promo Recipients into.

Select your XLS / XLSX / CSV / TXT file (you can also download a import file template from here).

Read the Agreement and tick if you agree to them, then click the 'Next' button in the icon menu.

Select the columns for 'Name' & 'Email' that you wish to import. You can also set Promo Settings here, these settings will be applied to every Promo Recipient in your file.

Click the 'Next' button in the icon menu to see a summary of what will and won't be imported.

Click the 'Import' button in the icon menu and your Promo Recipients will now be imported into the Promo List you selected.
