While you cannot create users yourself within the LMS, if you are a label group owner and would like a new user set up, please contact our support team with the following information:
- The new user's full legal name (first name and surname)
- The new user's email address
- Which label / sub-label(s) should the new user have access to?
- Module access – by default, new users have access to all system modules (e.g. Statements, Reports, Settings). Should any of these be restricted?
IMPORTANT: Access to the 'Statements' module cannot be limited by sub-label. Any user with this permission will be able to submit invoices for all royalties owed to the entire label group.
Once we have this information, we’ll get the new user set up for you.
