Once you’ve finished preparing your release and are happy that all of the metadata and files are correct and complete, it’s ready to be submitted for review. To submit your release, follow the steps below:
- In the top menu, go to: Release Management ➜ Release List
- Click the release that you wish to submit for distribution.
- In the top left, change the 'Submit Status' field to Final Release.
- Click Save.
- Accept the License Agreement.
Once you complete these steps, your release will be submitted to our content team for review. This is an important quality-control step that helps ensure the data we send to DSPs is accurate and complete, while also allowing us to catch any potential issues before your release is delivered to stores.
If our team identifies minor issues with the information you’ve provided, they may make small corrections on your behalf. If changes are required from you, the release may be rejected and returned to you with instructions on what needs to be corrected before you resubmit it for review.
Once your release has been approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation and we’ll schedule it for delivery to our DSP network.
