When LabelWorx delivers your releases to YouTube Music, an Art Track is automatically generated for YouTube. This video will initially be associated to the 'Various Artists - Topic' channel whilst YouTube's system searches to determine the correct Topic channel for the artist listed in the metadata. It generally takes up to 30 days for the track to be mapped correctly.
If an existing Topic channel for the artist cannot be found, YouTube's system should create a new Topic channel for the artist within a few working days.
If 30 days have passed since the release date and your release is still incorrectly mapped to the 'Various Artists - Topic' channel, or has been linked to an incorrect 'Artist - Topic' channel, please contact our support team with the following info:
- Name of the artist affected
- Country of the affected artist
- EAN/UPC of the release
- URL of the Art Track
- The correct 'Artist - Topic' channel URL or their Official Artist Channel URL
