If your release is live on the stores and you have noticed an issue with the cover artwork you uploaded (e.g. wrong image, a typo, etc), you can update it by following the steps below:
- Go into the release and click on the 'Artwork' tab.
- Choose a new file under 'Change Cover Image' and then click the 'Apply' icon.
- Once the system confirms that the release has been updated, please contact our support team with the EAN/UPC of the release and let us know that you have updated the artwork.
After we receive your message informing us of the change, we will notify the stores and they will update your release's artwork on their platform within a few working days.
