If you need to issue a takedown request on your release, please contact our support team (for security purposes, ensure that you use the email address associated with your label group).
You will need to provide the EAN/UPC of the release, as well as information on which stores the takedown request is for. Once we have issued the request to the stores, they will process this on their end within a few working days.
All takedown requests will result in your release being marked as 'Deleted' in the LabelWorx system.
