If you need to upload an audio file larger than 1GB (e.g. an album-only continuous mix, as part of a compilation release for the download stores), you will have to upload this via the FTP.
We recommend using the open-source solution FileZilla as it is free and works with Windows, MacOS, and Linux. Once FileZilla is installed, you will need to create a new connection using your LabelWorx FTP account credentials and upload the file:
- Click on the 'Settings' option at the top menu of your LabelWorx dashboard.
- Select the 'FTP Access' tab.
- Copy these details and paste them into Filezilla (ensuring that you do not add any spaces or other characters).
- After you have logged into your FTP, simply upload your WAV audio file to the root folder.
After the upload is complete, go to your track within LabelWorx and click the 'Select From FTP' option. You can now select the audio file you uploaded to the FTP and assign it to that track.
