If you use Cyrillic in your metadata, the xlsx files which are downloadable from your statement listing may appear with broken fields, such as the screen shot below. 

This happens due to an excel issue when generating the xlsx file. There is a work around which enables a CSV download where the metadata is not broken. To do this follow the below instructions. 

1. Go to "Statements" in the top menu 

2. Click "View" next to the relevant statement, this will display your statement data within the LMS. 

3. Click Export in the icon menu

This will then download a .csv file which contains the complete metadata.
