As part of our distribution services, you have the option to deliver your tracks to YouTube. This enables us to use Content ID to claim on any YouTube videos that contain your copyright-protected content. We claim these videos on your behalf automatically and apply monetisation policies to generate royalties.

Sometimes, there may be instances where Content ID has not matched your content automatically. In these cases, this would need us to apply a Manual Claim in order to collect royalties on that video.

BEFORE YOU START

There are a few pre-requisites needed before we can claim your content on YouTube manually. You must confirm you can provide the following:

• LabelWorx must have delivered or have ownership of your assets on YouTube and will also require the ISRC code of your asset.
• The label must provide LabelWorx with the timestamp of the video that matches your audio
• The label must provide LabelWorx with the Video ID (URL) of the content you need manually claiming.

Any requests not adhering to the above pre-requisites will not be able to be claimed.
