If you are working with us on digital ads via Meta Business Suite (Facebook or Instagram), you will need to provide us with Advertiser Access.
This allows us to:
- Create ads using your Page
- Boost content already posted from your account
- View insights on how this ad content is performing
This guide will help you give LabelWorx the access we need to manage ads for your Facebook Page and connected Instagram account. All ads will be run from LabelWorx’s Ads Manager.
Account Requirements
Before starting, please ensure:
- Your Facebook Page and Instagram account are connected in Meta Business Suite.
- Go to Business Settings → Accounts → Instagram Accounts to check and connect.
- You have admin access to your Facebook Page.
- Your Page is active and in good standing.
Step 1: Log in to Meta Business Suite
- Go to Meta Business Suite.

Step 2: Access Business Settings

- This opens the admin panel where you can manage users, accounts, and permissions.
Step 3: Grant Page Access to LabelWorx
There are a few ways in which you are able to grant us this access, usually we will let you know that we have sent a request first. If you cannot locate the request, head to option 2.
Option 1: LabelWorx Sends a Request
- LabelWorx can send a request for Page access from our side.
- You will receive a notification in Meta Business Suite:
- From Settings → Requests.
- Find the pending request from LabelWorx.
- Click Accept and assign the roles: Ads and Insights
- Click Save Changes to confirm.
We can now create and manage ads for your Page from our Ads Manager.
Option 2: You Grant Access
- In the left-hand menu, click Accounts → Pages
- Select your Page.
- Click Assign Partner
- Choose Business ID
- Enter LabelWorx’s Business ID: 266011670686852
- Assign the role by toggling on the permissions you'd like to give, for ads access, this would be Ads and Insights
- Click Assign
We can now create and manage ads for your Page from our Ads Manager.
Tips for a Smooth Setup / Troubleshooting
- Ensure your Facebook Page and Instagram account are connected before granting access.
- If you aren't seeing the setting available as shown in the screenshots, it is likely you do not have the correct admin access to approve ads access. Check in with any other team members that have access and can grant you the right permissions or provide access from their side, and if you are still experiencing issues, reach out to our team and we can support you.
- Even if we are just running Instagram ads, we still need access through your Facebook page.
- Only one access method is needed (either you grant access or accept a request).
- For any questions or troubleshooting, contact the marketing team member you are communicating with, and they can support you.
