It is possible that you will have a DJ Recipient on your promo list but they may not be viewable on your individual recipient drop-down list on the promo sender screen.
This is done on purpose because that specific DJ Recipient has been blocked due to bounce emails reported from their ISP stating that that particular email address no longer exists.
This bounce mail handling is a part of our Promo Manager system upgrades and will be rolled out fully in the coming months.
We have blocked their email as there is little point in sending out an email to an address that no longer exists. In fact - doing this only damages your reputation as an email sender.
To fix this, please contact this DJ Recipient by another means and obtain a new email address for them.
In the event that this DJ Recipient confirms that the email address that Label Worx has blocked is correct then please contact Label Worx support and we will look at reactivating it.
