How do I start a promo campaign and send out promo emails?
This article explains how to create and send a promo campaign to your DJ recipients.
Before getting started, you should have already created your 'Promo Lists', added your 'DJ Recipients', and created the release you wish to promote. If you haven't completed these steps, please refer to the following articles:

Creating and Sending a Promo Campaign
TIP: Before sending your campaign, in the top icon menu of the relevant Release Details page, use the Preview button to check how the promo will appear to your recipients.
- In the top menu, navigate to Promotion ➜ Promo Sender
- Click New in the top icon menu.
- Use the 'Release' field to search for and select the release you wish to promote.
- Read the Terms & Conditions and tick the box to accept them.
- Tick the box to confirm your credit payment.

Click Accept to proceed.
- Choose how you would like to send your promo:
- Select DJ Recipients: Send the promo to a single DJ recipient.
- Promo List: Send the promo to an entire promo list. You will also have the option to schedule the campaign to send at a specific time.
- Set a 'Promotion Expires' date for the campaign. Recipients will no longer be able to download the promo after this date.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions at the bottom of the screen.
- Click Send to start sending your promo campaign.
