When you send a promo campaign out to your DJs and you do not receive feedback from them in return, you should consider sending out a Feedback Reminder. This essentially means you send the promo campaign again to those who have not yet responded which includes reminder text.

To send a Feedback Reminder complete the following steps -

How To Send A Promo Feedback Reminder

Select Promotion > Promotion Sender on the top menu
Select the Release from the drop-down list
Select the Individual or Promo List to send your Feedback Reminder to
Tick the Feedback Reminder checkbox under the Promotion Details section
Tick the Terms & Conditions checkbox at the bottom of the screen
Click the Send button

The system will now send a Feedback Reminder to those recipients selected who have downloaded the release but not left feedback or have not viewed the promo.

Note - If the recipient has already left feedback and downloaded, they will not receive a reminder email

Please be aware that you can only send a feedback reminder 8 days after the original promo was sent. This is to prevent unnecessary emails from bombarding your DJ recipients.
