How Do I Enable/Disable Force Feedback on My Promo Campaigns?

Force feedback is a feature of the promo system whereby promo recipients must submit feedback before they can download your music. Without entering feedback, they will not be able to download the MP3 or WAV file(s) for your promo.

This feature can be enabled or disabled for all promos as default on the Settings page. If enabled, all future promos sent will have the feature.

You can also select which aspects of the feedback you would like to force (Comment/Rating/Best Mix)

Settings > PromoWorx Settings

If you do not wish to enable Force Feedback for all promos but do for specific releases, then you can also do this on the Promo Sender screen. 

  • Select Promotion > Promo Sender > Choose Campaign
  • On the Promo Sender screen tick/untick Force Feedback
