There are 2 ways to prevent DJs from being able to download WAV files from our system.
Method 1
1. Select "Promotion -> Promotion Sender" on the top menu
2. Select the release from the drop down list you want to remove WAV downloads from, or create a new campaign if this is the first send.
3. Untick "Allow WAV Downloads" under the "Campaign Settings" section
4. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and click "Send" if the promo has already been sent and you just want to update the settings simply leave the page after making the adjustments.
This will then remove the ability of WAV downloads for the promo campaign.
Method 2
To prevent a particular DJ from downloading WAV files complete the following steps :
1. Select "Promotion -> DJs" on the top menu
2. Click on the DJ from the list
3. Under "Promo Campaign Settings" tick "No WAV Downloads" and click "Apply" from the icon menu. 
WAV files will no longer be available for the DJ you selected even if "Allow WAV Downloads" is ticked on a particular Promo Campaign.
If you want to set every DJ on a particular Promo List then follow the steps below:
1. Select "Promotion -> Promo Lists" from your top menu
2. Click the promo list that you wish to prevent WAV downloads on.
3. Click on "Settings" button in the icon menu
4. Then change "These DJ's should not be permitted to download WAV files" to "True" and click Save
5. Confirm the changes by clicking "Yes"
WAV files will no longer be available for all DJs under this promo list.
