Further to the three standard reply emails provided in DemoWorx, you can create custom responses of your own. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Go to "Demos -> Response Emails"
2. Click "New" in the top icon menu.
3. Edit the relevant fields
4. Click "Apply"
Note - For ease of creating the email, some standard email content is provided, this can be edited and fields removed as you see fit
To add these responses to be sent when reviewing promos in your Demo Tracker, follow these steps:
1. Go to "Demos -> DemoBox Manager"
2. Scroll to the relevant settings i.e. Top Button Settings, Middle Button Settings, Bottom Button Settings. These correspond to the 3 options when reviewing submissions in Demo tracker
3. You can then pick your reply from the "Default Demo Email" drop down menu under the relevant setting.
