Ensure artists provide setlists for every live performance.
We use setlists to accurately identify performed works and maximise performance royalty collections. -
Use registered writer names across all release metadata.
Spelling errors or name variations in credits can result in delayed or missed royalty payments. Provide accurate writer splits and ownership information.
Incomplete or disputed splits can delay collections and payments across multiple territories.-
Do not submit for registration works containing uncleared samples or works you do not fully control.
Where ownership issues are identified, any incorrectly collected royalties will be reversed and adjusted against future statements.
