Why Do My Sales Not Show Up in the Daily Sales Reporting Instantly?
The Daily Sales reporting is not a real-time or live based system. The stores do not permit this. Instead, we work by pulling in sales data on a daily basis.
In order to appear as transparent as possible with the figures reported we list the sales data that has been imported into our system under the "Daily Sales Statements" tab.
What Stores are Included in the Daily Sales Reports?
It is only possible for us to provide Daily Sales reports for stores that provide us with this information. Currently, we obtain daily sales data from Beatport, Traxsource, Juno Download, Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Google, Boomplay, Pandora, Toolbox Digital, UMA, Rhapsody and Hardstle.com
We will update the dashboard as and when we bring additional stores online.
Why Can I Not See Sales Before June 1st 2011 in the Daily Sales Reports?
The Daily Sales reporting system was built and tested throughout June 2011 and launched in July. We started capturing this information in June and will continue to do so going forward. Please refer to your main statement reports for sales that pre-date this.
Why Are My Actual Statement Values Different to Those Shown in the Daily Sales Reporting?
Our Daily Sales reporting system collates sales reports received from participating DSPs into a single reporting system.
These sales figures although received from the stores are not final sales statement values and are subject to change due to delayed updates, failed downloads, incomplete transactions and currency conversions from the relevant services.
Please do NOT use the figures reported in our Daily Sales system as a basis for any Royalty Reporting. These figures should be used as an estimation of sales only.
