Do I Need to Create or Upload mp3 Files for the Stores?

For distribution, we only need you to upload a WAV file for each of your tracks.

Note - If any stores require a specific format for their audio files such as FLAC or MP3 then we will generate these from your uploaded WAV file.

How Can I Connect to My LabelWorx FTP Account?

LabelWorx recommends installing a dedicated FTP client to connect and upload files to your Label Worx FTP account.

We recommend the open-source solution FileZilla as it is free and works with Windows, Mac OS X & Linux.

Once FileZilla is installed you simply need to create a new connection. You can obtain your LabelWorx FTP account settings using these steps -

1. Select "Settings" from the top menu
2. Select the "FTP Access" tab

Your FTP details will now be present on the screen. If you enter these into FileZilla (or any other FTP client) you will be logged onto your LabelWorx FTP and will be able to upload your audio.
