The Event Scheduler was a tool developed to help labels manage their events / meetings. The "Event Scheduler" can be found under "Tools" in the Top Menu.
To create an event follow these steps:
- "Tools" ➜ "Event Scheduler"
- "New" in the Icon Menu
- Specify any details relevant to your even i.e. event name and description
- Click "New Slot"
- Here you can choose to build either an individual slot, or bulk time slots and enter the details.
- Click "Create"
The event and time slots are now created and people can start booking meetings. Meetings can be booked through the "Event Booking URL" found on the "Event Details" page.
Once your meetings are booked, you can export the details as a .PDF or .XLS file by clicking "Schedule" or "Export" in the Icon Menu
