Within PromoWorx, you can fully manage and customise your Promo Lists. This allows you to organise your contacts and target your campaign more efficiently. To create an additional promo list please complete the following steps :
How To Create Additional Promo Lists
- Click Promotion > Promo Lists from the top menu
- Click New in the top right
- Enter a name for this promo list in the Promo List Name field
- If you don't require feedback from DJ Recipients on this promo list tick Feedback Not Required
- If you want to force feedback before DJ Recipients can download audio click Force Feedback Before Download
- If you want to allow DJ Recipients on this promo list to download WAV files click Allow WAV Downloads
- Finally, click Save
Your new promo list will now be created and visible in your Promo Lists screen.
