If you are looking to send a new promo you may get to the Promo Sender screen and think that you cannot find your release.
Your release will generally not appear on the promo sender screen for the following most common reasons...
- Releases only appear in the Select Release drop-down if they have been assigned a "Catalog" number on the release details page.
- Releases will only appear if you have sufficient credits in your balance to send a promo to them.
- Most commonly, you have not created a new campaign for this release, to create a new campaign follow these steps:
- Select Promotion > Promo Sender on the top menu
- Click the New button from the top right icon menu
- Search for the release and select it using the Release field
- Read the Terms & Conditions
- Tick the box to accept the terms and conditions
- Tick the box to confirm your credit payment
- Click the Accept button
